Our Cancellation Policy: Cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of the event are free of charge. In case of cancellations within 24 hours of the event, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the costs. We look forward to welcoming you to our unique winery and our Wachau wines. As we expect our guests to be interested in wine, we want to offer high quality service. In order to be able to guarantee this, we ask you to arrive on time, or to let us know in time if you will be late.
Free participation for children up to 7 years. Other discounts on request.
Please note that the winery tour includes a steep staircase descent and, if possible, a tour through the vineyards. Appropriate mobility is required. You can request separate barrier-free guided tours with our team here: event@domaene-wachau.at
Dogs are welcome in our tasting room & shop, however are not permitted on the guided tour of our baroque wine cellar. (Exception: service dogs for disabled visitors)
